In application of article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1.999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (from now on LOPD) we inform you that the data you are going to provide us with will be incorporated, just as you give them to us, into a computerised file and, furthermore, into a Data Base called BDATOS for which Orlando Castro Reyes is responsible.
The recipients of the information will be all those entities, natural or legal persons, necessary for the provision of the service you request or for the internal or external management of the same. In all cases, the rights of consultation, access, exclusion, cancellation, total or partial rectification and opposition are recognized in the terms provided in the legislation and, especially in the LOPD and the LSSI

In any case, TEDACOR will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by the users through the forums, chats, or other participation tools that could be created at any time.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between TEDACOR and the USER will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas.
